Part Three: Air Drying in the Basement
Can’t wait ‘til they’re dry and I can put my sheets on my bed!
Part Two! Untying everything before washing.
Part One of Ashley and Sara’s Tie Dyeing Adventure!
Kellie and I went to Starbucks this afternoon. The man taking my order asked what my name was. I replied “Sara…no H”…clearly he wasn’t listening very close.
For one of my classes, we had to pick a St. Louis attraction and find how math is/can be integrated, for field trip purposes. My partners and I picked the Magic House! This was my first time to visit since the new addition and new exhibits. Believe me, it’s very neat!

It’s finally started to get actually cold here. Do I prefer dresses, shorts, and skirts? Yes, of course. But then scarves and sweaters are good too. The biggest objection I have to the change in the weather is that it makes it difficult to get out of bed in the morning. Why on earth would I want to get out of my warm bed? The motivator usually ends up being a nice hot shower.
This week is a shorter week for me than normal. I also have Thursday off, for midterm break, which of course means it’s that time of the semester where professors enjoy assigning projects, papers, and giving tests. Luckily I don’t have many, however I do have a short paper due Wednesday. It’s not difficult, I’m currently in Pickler at my usual study carrel working on it, but I just need to get all my thought and points straightened out into a logical flowing masterpiece. Besides class, my tutoring session, grading papers, and packing for St. Louis, I have all day to work on it. Luckily my roommate will turn it in for me Wednesday night, since I’m using one of my “free passes” to skip the class in order for me to get home quicker. I will, however, be stopping on my way home to see my friend in Moberly, but I can take an hour break before heading back home.
Okay, back to work…
